VITAL offers User-led Peer Advocacy in private mental health hospitals in Bradford and Brighouse, gathering feedback from service users about their experiences. 

This information is relayed to NHS England to suggest service improvements. While not providing IMHA or IMCA services, VITAL appreciates NHS England’s recognition of the importance of User Led Advocacy in enhancing service quality.
